YES, you will be notified in 2 ways:

1/ You will receive an email when your account balance drops below the Credit Alert Level.

You can set-up or edit your account's Low credit Alert level preferences here: SETTINGS > Billing > Low Credits & auto-topup > Update Settings

2/ The main user of the account will also receive a text message when a message does not go out due to insufficient credits.
