You can search for contacts based on a field (identifier) and add them to a group.


Click on CONTACTS >

1.  Click on Add a new filter.

2.  Select the Field Name (eg: Store) from the drop down list and select IS, IS NOT or CONTAINS

3.    Type in the word / string you are looking for (eg: store name, state, etc.,). 

TIP: If you want to search for more than one string, please use a comma in the search box (eg: NSW, VIC, ACT).

4.    Click on view, you will see: Found XXX contacts matching your filters on the top of the screen.

5.    Tick the box next to Mobile.

6.    Tick the box: Select all XXX contacts.

7.  Click on Actions for selected contacts, a new box pops up asking what you wish to do.

8.  Click on Add these contacts to a group, you can also create a new group here if you have not created one before.

9.  Click on Perform this ActionYou can now see the new group under Contacts > GROUPS.
