SMS credits don't expire as long as your account is active.
Your account becomes inactive when you decide to stop paying the account access fee or also stop buying more credits.
The right answer is: No they don’t expire, but we don't recommend users purchasing more than about 3 to 6 month's worth of SMS credits at one time.
