Whilst importing, the SMS platform checks for the mandatory field MOBILE and sometimes you might see a message being shown that there is no mobile number column in the file.

This could happen when the column heading contains other characters than just the word MOBILE (for e.g., the file could have a heading Mobile Number, Phone Number, Phone, Contact, or even a rogue SPACE after the word Mobile).

Suggestion: To ensure conformity, delete all the characters in the heading and just type MOBILE (only the word MOBILE) and the import should work just fine.
