> The Name / Number can only be 11 characters (global standard).
> Recipients cannot respond to a text with the sender being a name since the telco will not know where to send the response back. Due to this same reason, recipients cannot send a STOP to opt-out of receiving texts.
> You could however add another phone number into the message with a message like "To reply or S, text to 0400 000 000". We will advise you the number if you wish to use this option.
